Egypt Encompassed Luxury treats ground transportation as part of the itinerary design. The required vehicle can change from one sector to another. A couple may use an executive sedan in Cairo and a V-Class when an Egyptologist, airport representative and luggage are traveling together. A family may need a Sprinter plus a separate luggage vehicle. A private group may require a luxury coach whose configuration has been inspected rather than assumed from the word “coach.”
Your private proposal identifies the intended vehicle class and any material changes before travel.

Subject to contracted local availability, the Luxury Collection is designed around Mercedes-Benz executive vehicles.
V-Class
For couples who want more space, families and small private parties. It can provide easier access, flexible seating and more practical capacity than a sedan.
Sprinter
For larger private parties, substantial luggage or groups who want more space between seats.
Luxury Private Coach
For larger groups where passenger capacity, luggage, microphone, climate control, seat spacing and access need to be specified carefully.
The model name alone is not enough. Vehicle age, condition, seating configuration, boot capacity, maintenance and local supplier operation all matter.

One Traveler
An executive sedan may be suitable, but an airport transfer with several large bags or a guide may require a larger vehicle.
Two Travelers
An S-Class can create an elegant transfer. For full-day touring with a guide, equipment and luggage, a V-Class may be more comfortable and operationally honest.
Three to Five Travelers
A V-Class may work when seating and luggage are compatible. A second luggage vehicle can protect cabin comfort on airport and hotel-change days.
Six or More Travelers
A Sprinter or private coach is usually more appropriate. The exact number of usable passenger seats depends on the vehicle configuration, guide, escort and luggage.
Multigenerational Families
Seat access, step height, handholds, child seats, climate control and bathroom timing can be more important than the badge.
Travelers with Mobility Requirements

Traffic patterns, security procedures, hotel entrances, museum access and the distance between Giza and central Cairo can affect the day more than a map suggests.
The vehicle plan may include:

Is an S-Class always the best vehicle for two travelers?
No. It can be excellent for transfers, but a V-Class may provide better comfort for full-day touring with an Egyptologist, luggage or equipment.
Can you provide a Mercedes V-Class in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan?
Availability should be confirmed by destination and date. The proposal identifies the class being supplied for each important sector.
Will the same chauffeur stay with us throughout Egypt?
Not usually across distant destinations. Local chauffeurs and vehicles may serve Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, coordinated through the operating team. Continuity within a destination can be requested.
Can you arrange a separate luggage vehicle?
Yes, where useful and available. This is often recommended for sedans, full V-Class occupancy, groups and private-air sectors.
Is Wi-Fi included in the vehicle?
Only when confirmed. Mobile connectivity varies, so reliable onboard Wi-Fi is not promised across every route.
Can you provide child seats?
Child seats may be requested through the supplier. The type, compatibility and condition should be confirmed. Some families prefer to bring their own approved seat.
Are the chauffeurs also guides?

Can you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?
