Possibilities can include, depending on current rules and permissions:

The exact monument, duration, number of participants, permitted activities and accompanying officials vary. Some arrangements can be suspended at short notice because of conservation work, security, state visits, religious observance, archaeological operations or policy changes.

Provisionally Available
The relevant operator or authority has indicated potential availability, but final documentation, payment or approval remains outstanding.
Confirmed in Writing
The arrangement has been accepted under stated conditions for the agreed date, time and party.
